Product returns & refunds

Unless the artwork has been damaged in freight, we are not required to refund based on change of mind. Please note that colours may look slightly different in person, due to the device you view it on.

If you have any questions regarding details of an artwork (e.g colour) before purchase, please don’t hesitate to ask! I’d love to help.

Products damaged on delivery

Should your artwork be damaged in delivery, please make contact immediately and we can go through the claim process with Australia Post or the relevant courier. It is important that you make contact as soon as you receive the item if it is damaged.

Order cancellation due to error

Where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or information due to human oversight, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, you will immediately receive a refund on your credit card for the total amount debited.
