About Elissa
Elissa has been singing and songwriting from an early age, developing and refining her music skills at school - first on a Music Scholarship to Westbourne Grammar for piano, completing Grade 8 AMEB and preparing for the A.Mus Exam, then later focusing on a mix of classical and jazz/contemporary vocals.
She attended Monash University and graduated with Honours in Bachelor of Music / Bachelor of Education.
During that time she studied Jazz vocals under Nichaud Fitzgibbon and sung at Bennetts Lane Jazz Club.
Elissa has experience as a Secondary School Music Teacher, Private Piano Teacher (preparing students for AMEB examinations), individual and group Vocal Coach.
Her performance experience includes singing at the Wyndham Carols by Candlelight for 10+ years and annual Christmas Musicals and Productions for over 20 years.
She has worship lead at Churches and Conferences for over 20 years both locally and overseas.
Elissa has worked with teams to release 11 co-written songs, recorded and available on various platforms.
She has lead creative teams and produced large scale productions, taught vocal workshops overseas and spoken to groups about personal leadership & teamwork dynamics.
Elissa is an active singer / songwriter and performs shows at music venues in Melbourne.
Elissa is an accredited Mental Health First Aider and Vocal Health First Aider.
Elissa coaches aspiring individuals to discover their authentic voice and connect deeply with themselves and others. She teaches vocal technique with a compassionate and holistic approach to help people break free from past restrictions and unlock their untapped potential.
